LOG Conservation periods
As indicated by the terms of use, LOG data will be kept for 24 months, for all active users.
User FREE: the users who do not sign up for a subscription within 6 months will be disabled. Once the user is no longer accessible, 2 months will be available, to contact info@easyBadge.net, to determine how to reactivate the user.
When a user does not renew
At the expiration of the subscription, if it is not renewed, the user returns to a FREE type of use and for 6 months will have the possibility to use the same information without the part dedicated to autenti PLUS. The user will be notified that the user is for FREE use.
At the end of these 6 months, the user will be disabled, receiving a communication that the user is no longer available.
Once the user is no longer accessible, 2 months will be available, to contact info@easyBadge.net, to determine how to reactivate the user.
At the end of these 2 months all information and attachments will be deleted and no longer recoverable from the user support.
An automated system scans and performs these operations autonomously and there are no means of recovery. We ask the customer to take care, so as not to incur a recovery that could be worth many hours of reconstruction by IT technicians
